At 27 with that income you are in your absolute prime years for stashing cash away for retirement and building up savings for a down payment on a house. So in the last 3 weeks my ute has broken in 3 different ways, and is currently still out of commission. Can complain too much though, apart from a lose spark plug wire it been rock solid for about a year and a half from the engine swap until now, and the problems are only minor in the grand scheme of things.

I always at 1/500 or higher so I don really need OS/VR and the 2.8 glass is heavy enough that the image in the viewfinder doesn jump around too much so I went older and cheaper on the lens when I realized the 70 300VR wasn going to cut it. If you can spend a bit more, you can get a newer version with OS and the newer ones should also get better wide open with each generation (there four or five versions of the Sigma 70 200/2.8). One weird quirk of my version is the AF locks up and doesn work in video mode but I never shoot video anyway with it because it too jumpy without VR.

I ordered this from Amazon and included the photos here. So far it has worked flawlessly for me with my wife’s 2006 BMW X3 and my 2004 Toyota Tundra Double Cab. I was able to read 2 fault codes in the BMW and clear both so the Service Engine Soon light was turned off (see disclaimer below on doing this).

I test drove an Audi TT model that was identical to the one I eventually purchased, but in a different color. Like most test drives, this one took about 20 minutes and we drove around the streets closest to the car dealership. I remember thinking about how fun it was and didn’t notice any possible short comings in the car. I had also completed extensive internet research and the consensus of TT owners was “I love my car!”.

People often tend to forget that the shell is 1inch shorter than older models as well. I love it! I agree with PP’s that the Britax seats may not work for some kids ERF, but will for many others. I’m very happy with the seat other than the air sides taking up shoulder space even RF (rear facing) in our smaller car. I would have gone with Boulevard 70 CS if it had the Anna pattern. Anyway,my petite 18 months old has lots of room to grow RF. I love the quality, fabrics, the heights on the Britax seats that the headrest goes above the shell for FF, and the easy install. I agree it isn’t the most spacious for legs, but it is fine for us.

I had all the items reviewed while getting oil change. As I said, most are inspect items, not actual replacement. I excluded other things like brake fluid changes, air filter changes, suspension check\lubrication not because they don get done, but because they are NOT unique to ICE cars. Much of the inspect\consumables are still there for EVs. Motor oil is the big difference.

When you’re a conservative such as I am, it’s really tough to stand up and be for the little guy. Really tough. Because the fact of the matter is, as soon as you start to say, “Hey, the guy on the bottom needs a little recognition for his contribution too,” all of sudden the accusations begin to fly.
