For the BMWs, I just not a fan. I liked the interior a touch more but I just couldn get into the car and really enjoy it, something about it was just lackluster in the driving department and I really disliked the exterior of the car. To solve for this, you have to slow down. On most interstates with posted 70 mph, its not safe to be driving 55. My approach has become to assume that the estimated battery mileage will drop considerably over the trip, by 50%, and so the best plan is to finder a public charger at the turn around point. You can run the REx through its 2 gals, refuel and get another 30 miles, but again this needs to be at much less than 70 mph. When you get home, the REx will be screaming at you, hot, fans blowing.

Focus STs are WAAAAY more fun than a 328i, and they sold brand new for less than 24k. Find a lightly used one for 15k and get way more practicality from it due to it being a hatch. Will also come with significantly lower insurance payments and exponentially less in maintenance costs. You can go less practical with a Mazda MX 5, those are fun as hell. I could go on, but I have a feeling that recommending other cars isn going to convince you.

I try to avoid being in anyone blind spot as much as possible: never merge into a lane in a way that would put you in their blind spot, if the road isn crowded then switch lanes so you won be in their blind spot, speed up to be in their blind spot for as little time as possible, never count on anyone using their turn signals. Not “too raw” at all, I did several 3000 Mile road trips with it and I never had an issue with not being comfortable. I daily drove it for 3 years with no issue. Our goal is to have only two vehicles, however we are trying to find something that meets our needs. DH (dear husband) drives 130 km to work one way, in the winter he usually stays near his work (he receives a generous travel and board allowance) but we live in an area with tons of snow we’ve had roads shut down multiple times, people ending up in the ditch including DH (dear husband) once this winter (he was driving the van with snow tires as his car was in the shop). So he really does need a AWD/4×4 in the winter. The issue is how much fuel these vehicles use, so DH (dear husband) really wants to get a BMW X3/5 diesel, but those cost more than we want to spend at this point.

2 weeks ago I figure out it just a bad earth causing the slow crank and low voltage, so I fix that and it starts and runs mint. After about 15 minutes of driving the accessory pulley that been intermittently noisy completely shits the bed and starts screeching like a banshee. I forgot to mention that the “kit” 55 200 and 55 300 lenses are actually fine little lenses. I found my old 55 200 VR useless for stuff like football with lots of chaotic movement and disappearing subjects but for more predictable sports like tennis and baseball in the daytime, it did pretty well and I got a lot of good shots with mine over the years your hit rate isn as high though because you miss things because the lens just couldn rack to where you needed it fast enough. I do recommend VR on these lenses as they don have the mass of the bigger lenses and don damp vibrations naturally as much which makes the image in the viewfinder (and what the AF sensor is seeing) jump around a lot more, even if you shooting at speeds that don normally require VR.

I personally find endurance races pretty easy, and super speedways even more so. Your own preferences will vary. With Charger SRT8 I can do 15 18 miles easy. With the Lexus IS F I’ve done 21 miles. The winnings is about 11 14000, which, after quadrupling, is about R$ 44 56000. So if you use the IS F to make 56K, then use the Charger SRT8 to make another 22K, that’s 78K, enough to buy a pretty good car, or do a LOT of repairs. Put both cars into maintenance for an hour and come back and really have fun with the rest of the day’s races. You can use either Shelby GT500 or the BMW M3 GTS. I’ve done 19 miles with the BMW (with quadrupling, about 54000 in a single run) and 23 miles with Shelby (over 70000).

Hey all! I would love some advice on fitting 3 car seats across in an x3. My daughter is 5 (and a tiny thing) and in a Britax Marathon 70. My son is 2.5 and we just swapped his marathon out for a Radian rxt. We were planning on swapping my daughter out to a Radian as well. The only ones that I would recommend buying are 1) the 02 sensor socket, part 95045 at Harbor Freight for $7.99 (use the 20% coupon and free flashlight coupon in the paper to get your money’s worth) and 2) a wire stripper; sorry, no tips as where to get that cheap. If you don’t want to use the 02 sensor socket, you can take off the heat shield, held on by five 6 mm Allen head bolts (and one 4 mm I believe), which will give you enough room to work an adjustable wrench down there.
